Job Description

- Data review and root cause analysis to address sporadic and chronic issues.
- Establish clear KPIs and stablish monitoring tools to track performance.
- Regularly review KPI to ensure data reliability and identify losses and prevent them.
- Implement standard operational procedures (SOPs) to avoid recurrence.
- Ensure communication within the department and among organization.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs and create working procedures that covers all skills for all production positions.
- Ensure that work shifts have the necessary resources to manage all lines. Develop contingency plans for unexpected lack of resource.
- Manage communication with temporary employment agencies, attend meetings and handling the factory's resources needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including improvement teams such as Kaizen, PDCA, loss analyses, and pillar activities, mainly AM Pillar.
- Bachelors’ degree in engineering.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience at production area.
- Strong background in WCM analysis and tools.
- Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
- Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM.
- Knowledge of planning systems, production systems, digital systems, and SAP is good to have.

Job Summary
Tetra Pak Spain is looking for a bright and motivated person for the position of Production Engineer, within our production team. The successful candidate will be based in Sevilla, Spain and will report to the Production Manager.
What you will do
Be responsible for analyzing losses to ensure reliability of process/ production line:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs):
Take prompt action to solve problems ensuring safety, quality & machine efficiency:
Coordinate among different working processes in production:
Assure knowledge and capability of production people and balance knowledge among teams:
Management and coordination of resources in production shifts:
WCM Activities in the Factory:
