      To continue our success, we currently have 2 exciting opportunities to join our Supply Chain team on either Weekend Day Shift or Weekend Night Shift as a Production Frontline Manager.


      Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for coaching and managing your team across our production lines, and leading the development and implementation of site performance and continuous improvement plans/projects/objectives aligned with business operational KPIs.

      You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees; across both our Processing and Packaging sections within Production.

      Details:

      • Weekend Day Shift: Friday to Monday
      • Shift Timings: Fri: 6am - Noon / Sat & Sun : 6am - 6pm / Mon: 6am - 2.30pm
      • Weekend Night Shift: Thursday to Sunday
      • Shift Timings : Thurs: 2pm - 10pm / Fri & Sat : 6pm - 6am / Sunday: 6pm - midnight

      Responsibilities

      • Manage your team to drive efficient line output, True and Net efficiency, cost/productivity targets, and service levels
      • Work in conjunction with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality, HACCP, and compliance with quality systems; ensuring all materials and equipment is available to meet production requirements
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
      • Train and develop employees across your team

      Qualifications

      • 2+ years previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably within an operational/food manufacturing environment
      • Ability to plan, coordinate, manage and develop a team of employees to achieve agreed goals and objectives, and develop technical capability across the team
      • Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust, cooperation, and support across the production environment
      • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and other production management tools
      • Core understanding of Food Safety and HACCP
