From water to wire – Be part of the movement!
Responsibilities include:
Packing of completed products for shipment.
Lifting and placing items into shipping crates
Securing items and protecting
Identifying item numbers and recording weights
Use of manufacturing information systems
Logging product into system at each step
Ensuring item has been cleared for next process.
Ability to rotate amongst any work workstation/area.
Able to move to new workstations as work needs change.
Communicate handover to person or persons taking over.
Standing for long periods of time
Standing to complete the task at each workstation.
Repetitive motion
Upper body movement from side to side
Bending at waist
Pulling and pushing with hands and arms
Lifting products that can be 30lbs+
Manual dexterity (lifting, pulling, pushing, bending)
Several of the workstation require you to pull on material to create tension.
Able to work all shifts - Day, Afternoon,
Rotational shifts 1 week day/ 1 week afternoons
Able to work overtime as required
As required able to work extra hours on weekdays and/or weekends
Must have Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision
Knowledge of health and safety rules
Follow sequential operations and use instrumentation
Strong, productive work ethic
Basic computer knowledgeWork Environment:
Exposure to copper, chemicals (acetone and epoxy) and dust
Loud noise
Must be able to wear a respirator and pass a respirator fit test
Heat atmosphere
