Production Graphic Designer
6 month contract (extensions possible)

Overview
· Our Brand/Marketing team has ~20 people consisting of two teams. The Brand team is responsible for brand marketing and sponsorship activations to drive awareness and affinity. The Residential Marketing team is responsible for marketing to residential customers. Our Business Marketing team connects with business customers to drive program enrollment.
· These teams have creatives embedded on the team as well as a small group of creatives sitting on our Corporate Creative Services team, in a parallel organization that we work closely with. Creatives work closely with their teams and each other to ensure the work produced is consistent, effective and on-brand. The creatives hold weekly creative collaborations to share work and provide feedback for improvement.
· The creative team uses Microsoft platforms, primarily Adobe Creative Suite and Workfront to manage creative projects and manage assets.
· This role would work closely with marketers, strategists, senior designers and producers to develop assets that align with the brief to deliver on company strategies and engage our audiences.
· Will work daily with team members and hiring managers. This is a highly communicative and integrated team and the expectation is that this role will embed within this integrated team culture.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of experience as a designer with a background in both print and digital, or equivalent combination of education and experience or commensurate combination of education and experience.
· Fluency in graphic standards and experience creating and maintaining files for production ready artwork required.
· Thorough knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD/Figma).
· Bilingual English/Spanish nice to have.
