Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will rotate between three different positions every 30 minutes. You will be responsible for packaging products into boxes, performing quality inspections on the products, and building boxes. You will also be trained for an operator role, which includes setting up machines, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and training other assistants.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• 6 months of previous manufacturing experience within the last 2 years.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate through an 8-hour shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• High School Diploma is preferred but not required.
• Strong attendance record as verified by references.

Work Environment

This is a newer, very clean facility with ample space dedicated to warehousing large rolls of tissue and boxes of finished products. The temperature is comfortable and controlled. While there is some noise, it is bearable, and hearing protection is available but not required. The company operates on a night shift from 9pm to 5am, Sunday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
