DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Production Line Leader to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• To directly assist First Line Manager by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all co-packing activities and performance in your designated area.
• To supervision, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence.
• To ensure the colleagues are working in a safely manner and a safe environment by providing correct equipment and ensuring they receive the relevant training
• Monitor the quality of the products produced on the line

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous and practical experience as a Line Leader in a co-packing environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices.
• The ability to multitask, as often work on several tasks simultaneously
• Ability and knowledge to Investigate failures and action problem solving / resolution
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution
• Positive, Focussed, Can Do attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion
