- Schedules all appointments/shipments for domestic trucks and/or rail.
- Ensures prompt delivery of product or shipping documentation to customer specifications.
- Submits logistics-related CAPAs.
- Verifies inventory orders are pushed to production portal.
- Generates and maintains inventory of placards.
- Verifies requested production dates with customer service.
- Maintains shipping records.
- Communicates shipping priorities and changes.
- Confirms daily shipments and weight in production portal.
- Signs in bulk trucks; transmits BOL with weights.
- Adhere to all QMS procedures and documentation as applicable to position and department, and as required by ISO.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or basic computer knowledge

Position Summary
JM Huber is seeking a Production Logistics Coordinator at Active Minerals International, an Attapulgite Clay production facility in Quincy FL.
Production Logistics Coordinator: Responsible for all aspects of logging orders, routing, shipping, and tracking of outbound orders. Informs transporters for freight pick up and ensures cargo is routed appropriately. Prepares and verifies bill of lading. Performs administrative tasks to support the logistics group.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment, with possible occasional exposure to production environment. Able to sit, stand, walk, bend and stoop. Able to lift, pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs. Manual dexterity required for operation of a computer keyboard. Vision and a sense of hearing are also required.

U.S. Market-Based Salary Range
Production Logistics Coordinator
[$43,500.00 - $56,700.00]
In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
