      Mission Details

      BOSTIK LTD - STAFFORD

      Production Operatives can be asked to perform a wide range of tasks but currently we are recruiting to support our bulk manufacturing team in the production of solvent-based adhesives. This involves loading and operating mixing and milling equipment as part of a team working on an alternating shift pattern of 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00 Monday-Thursday with an earlier finish 12.00-18.00 on Friday. For the right candidate there is the opportunity to be offered a permanent role and progress up the grading structure.

      Activities will include -

      • Learning our Essentials on Safety
      • Feed raw materials into production machinery
      • Fill various containers on production lines
      • Carry out basic quality and testing checks
      • Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
      • Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfil orders
      • Pack goods to be shipped
      • Maintain work areas and equipment

      Required Profile

      • A good level of education
      • Strong work ethic and organisational skills
      • Able to multitask in a fast-paced factory environment
      • Good level of fitness
      • Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
      • Strong team player
