Job Description

- Participates in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member).
- Performs calibration functions on processing equipment.
- Uses basic hand and power tools.
- Measures pipe and verifies that dimensional tolerances are within acceptable criteria.
- Prepares product for shipping per various packaging requirements.
- Must participate in daily safety routines.
- Assists teammates as required.
Required Qualifications: - A minimum education of High School education or GED is required
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Detail-oriented candidates who have a demonstrated work history of shift work, in addition to working injury free and following workplace/plant safety practices and procedures.
- General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Proficient in communicating in English language (both verbal and written).
- Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs. without an assist.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring, bending, stooping and other physical tasks;
- Available to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment-plastics extrusion process.
Work Hours: - 6:45 a.m.– 7:00 p.m., or, 6:45 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Performance Pipe is currently seeking Production Operators to join the Brownwood, TX manufacturing location. This safety sensitive role works a rotating 12-hour shift (including weekends and holidays).
