Develop and maintain production and packaging schedules aligned with forecasts, materials, and labor capacity.

Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and carriers to ensure seamless operations.

Keep ERP data accurate (Microsoft D365 F&O preferred) by managing BOMs, labels, customer notes, and inventory settings.
-
Lead documentation efforts for standard work, playbooks, and safety procedures.

Generate performance reports and KPIs using Microsoft Office, Power BI, Atlas, and Dynamics AX.

Act as a key contact for building access control (alarms and security procedures).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years in logistics, planning, or manufacturing, with strong ERP experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Power BI reporting.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.

Strong independence, organization, and mentoring skills.

Production Planner, Logistics
As a Production Planner, Logistics, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our packaging, engraving, warehousing, and shipping operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll own planning processes with a moderate level of autonomy, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements and strategic logistics initiatives that keep Leatherman at the forefront of the industry.
