- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. Including supporting the post production team on servicing the studios during busy periods and/or covering holidays
- Booking taxis & couriers for clients
- Booking meeting rooms for staff and clients
- Supporting with creating PO’s, Job numbers & setting up new vendors
- Undertaking research on behalf of the company
- Creating Directors decks
- Image researching for pitches & treatments
- Assisting with creating presentations for the company
- Assisting with updating the company social media channels with recent work
- Assisting Production Managers & Production Assistants with pre-production requirements for shoots
- Attending shoots where possible

As part of the continued expansion within the Groupe, we are looking for a talented Production Runner to work across the Prodigious business, with a particular focus on supporting the film department team, whereby you’ll have the opportunity to learn & experience shoot related projects ranging from social content shoots through to TV Commercials.
As Production Runner you’ll be supporting all departments across the business, with a particular focus working into the film Production team.
There will be opportunity to attend as many shoots as possible, alongside further opportunities to learn new skills and develop within the film production team.
We expect the Production Runner to be in the office Monday-Friday. Due to the nature of the job you may need to work evenings and weekends.
