  Position Overview
  
  NEOWIZ is seeking a highly skilled Production Services Manager to join our team. This fully
  
  remote role will serve as a project management expert, driving the successful delivery of
  
  complex PC and console video games from onboarding to global platform storefronts. Acting as a full-spectrum project manager, the Production Services Manager will ensure every game meets technical and compliance requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  
  This pivotal role involves managing diverse functional teams, including localization, QA,
  
  external partners, and platform relations, across multiple time zones. By facilitating seamless
  
  collaboration with third-party studios and internal teams, the Production Services Manager will ensure that NEOWIZ's expanding portfolio of games is delivered flawlessly to players around the world.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • [Production Leadership]
  • Serve as the main production point of contact for platform holders, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam, managing all submission requirements and certifications.
  • Lead the production process, ensuring games are successfully onboarded, developed, and delivered to global platform storefronts.
  • Drive alignment across all production activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Act as the primary production liaison for development studios, guiding them through production milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with the Brand Manager to ensure all project goals align with NEOWIZ's strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Manage production pipelines, offering pre-launch advisement to enhance game design and quality.
  • [International Collaboration]
  • Oversee workflows with global partners and internal teams across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize remote-friendly tools and processes to foster collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
  • [QA and Compliance]
  • Coordinate functional QA, compliance QA, and localization QA processes to ensure high-quality, bug-free products.
  • Oversee certification processes for all platforms, ensuring adherence to technical standards and compliance guidelines.

  • Manage localization efforts, ensuring culturally relevant adaptations for global markets.
  • Oversee voiceover recording sessions, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality audio assets.
  • [Platform Relations]
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform holders, acting as the primary production liaison for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
  • Stay informed on platform-specific technical and submission requirements, ensuring NEOWIZ's projects meet all standards.
  • [Risk Management and Reporting]
  • Proactively identify and address risks throughout the production life cycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, budgets, and potential challenges.
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 7+ years of experience in game production or project management, with a strong focus on PC and console game delivery.
  • Proven experience as a Production Lead, managing all aspects of game production from onboarding to launch.
  • Expertise in platform compliance processes, first-party certification standards, and production workflows for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.
  • Experience managing international teams and workflows across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Passion for video games and a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
  • Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and first-party platform tools (e.g., PlayStation TRCs, Xbox XR certifications).
  • Experience managing localization, QA, and VO pipelines for AAA or high-profile indie games.
  
  
  Education
  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  $90,000 - $120,000 a year
  
  Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In compliance with California state law, the salary range listed applies to US-based candidates. For candidates in other regions, compensation will be aligned with competitive local market standards, ensuring fair and thoughtful recognition of talent worldwide.
