Sign ProductionDo you want a career in a creative and casual work environment?Does the idea of seeing your work as you're driving to work seem rewarding and exciting?Do you want to work with a team that earns a 4.9-star Google rating?FASTSIGNS of Dublin is looking for a Production Specialist that will assist with the creating and assembly of custom sign and graphic products by operating wide-format printers, working with vinyl, mounting prints, and laminating graphics.Position requirements include cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, as well as routing and engraving. The Production Specialist may be required to work in the field performing installations to vehicles, and building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who has experience working with their hands in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her best. If this sounds like you, then we encourage you to Apply now!Production RESPONSIBILITIESFollow a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.Prepare substrates for printing or vinyl application. This may include cutting, painting, and/or laminating.Weeding vinyl, placing vinyl graphics on substrates, cutting, painting, laminating, and/or cleaning substrates.Occasionally assist with sign installations.Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production.Communicate with other employees in a calm and professional manner.Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered.Maximize utilization of raw materials and supplies.Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain work areas.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSGood with hand tools and working with sharp objectsAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsAbility to follow written work orders to make signs according to specificationsRecent Graphic Design experience helpful.Ability to effectively multi-task while working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS -- We value our employees and offer an extraordinary set of benefits with a small company atmosphere:Regular full-time schedule M-F with weekends offMatching 401kCompany supported Health, Dental, and Life InsuranceCasual and work environment with one-on-one trainingSTARTING PAY: Based skills and/or related experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
