      AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Production Supervisor, in Lancaster, PA. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for providing daily leadership to production associates while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. This position will also oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and build strong, engaged teams.

      JOB DUTIES:

      • Champion our Safety 1st approach by modeling safe behaviors and enforcing safety protocols
      • Lead your team to meet and exceed production targets in yield, throughput, and material usage
      • Ensure high-quality standards are met to prevent issues before they reach the customer
      • Manage daily operations including scheduling, manpower planning, and time/attendance
      • Support training, development, and performance management of production associates
      • Collaborate with Engineering and NPD teams on special projects and line improvements
      • Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

      • 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related environment
      • High school diploma or GED required
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
      • Experience working in a unionized facility preferred
      • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP systems
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
      • Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
      • Perform repetitive movements and frequent walking, bending, or stooping

      MENTAL DEMANDS:

      • Stay calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain urgency
