Production Supervisor

- Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled
- Attain production goals as specified by the Plant Manager
- Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in a professional manner
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
- Maintain weekly employee attendance records
- Maintain accurate production data
- Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree or higher preferred, but not necessary
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
- 3-5 years experience as a Supervisor
- Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to plan and work with computer-controlled equipment
- Understand complex manufacturing specifications
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Travel less than 10%

- $32.50 - 34.60 hourly
