Job Description

- Will be responsible for directing, training, assigning, and developing staff members to ensure production goals are met.
- Ensure and enforce safety
- Direct staff members comply with company health and safety procedures and dress policy.
- Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
- Ensure the production process flow efficiently.
- Will review, prepare and schedule work for the day.
- Will ensure that all finished product meets customer specification in our effort to “deliver the promise” to our customers.
- Implementation of Lean initiatives.
- Scheduling PM’s on non-operational hours.
- Attend Steves and Sons Leadership Training.
- Ensure weekly Safety training is completed for assigned personnel.
- Bachelors degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual strongly preferred: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Intermediate to advance with MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
The Production Supervisor will represent the operating company and our best interest when working with vendors, general contractors, and production team members.
