      The Production Supervisor will represent the operating company and our best interest when working with vendors, general contractors, and production team members.

      • Will be responsible for directing, training, assigning, and developing staff members to ensure production goals are met.
      • Ensure and enforce safety
      • Direct staff members comply with company health and safety procedures and dress policy.
      • Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
      • Ensure the production process flow efficiently.
      • Will review, prepare and schedule work for the day.
      • Will ensure that all finished product meets customer specification in our effort to “deliver the promise” to our customers.
      • Implementation of Lean initiatives.
      • Scheduling PM’s on non-operational hours.
      • Attend Steves and Sons Leadership Training.
      • Ensure weekly Safety training is completed for assigned personnel.

      QUALIFICATION:

      • Bachelors degree a plus.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
      • Bilingual strongly preferred: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
      • Intermediate to advance with MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
