      Job Title: Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

      Salary: $52,000 - $66,000 (Salary range will increase with completion of skill blocks)

      Hours: 4pm - 1:30am

      Objective: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine operators, and system operators.

      • Provide a safe work environment.
      • Ensure all food safety and quality policies and procedures are followed.
      • Maintain department’s budgeted cost by creating, tracking and communicating operational KPI’s and results to the team.
      • Create and maintain employee works schedules.
      • Produce a top-quality product and ensure accurate and on time delivery to the customer.
      • Effectively identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, and reduce cost while meeting company and customer requirements.
      • Keep SOPs current and ensure they are being executed properly.


      Minimum Qualifications:

      · 2 - 5yrs Food Industry experience

      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

      · 3+ years production/manufacturing experience.

      · 2+ years supervising or leading teams.

      · Knowledge of the basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a manufacturing environment and the ability to apply them.

      · Communicate with all levels of management and subordinates using both verbal and written formats.

      · Excellent communication & facilitation skills.

      · Ability to interact effectively at all levels of organization.

      · Ability to establish project and priorities.

      · Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

      · Ability to work a flexible schedule.

      · Must be able to work in a cold environment, 38 degrees
