      Job Title: Production Supervisor

      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for both 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you will oversee production operations, manage employees, and ensure a safe working environment. You will also be tasked with daily planning, quality assurance, training, monitoring processes, confirming preventative maintenance tasks are completed, enforcing safety and company policies, and achieving production and distribution goals.

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee and manage production operations and employees.
      • Ensure safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
      • Plan daily production activities and ensure quality standards are met.
      • Train and monitor staff performance.
      • Confirm that preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
      • Achieve production and distribution goals.

      Essential Skills

      • 3+ years of industrial supervision experience.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
      • Experience in delegating tasks and working under pressure.
      • Ability to read a tape measure and complete forklift training.
      • High School Diploma.
      • Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery and forklifts.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.

      classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
