- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with diverse teams including unionized tradespeople, operators, and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
- Support daily mill operations and contribute to team goals
- Learn the ins and outs of sawmill production and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot equipment, processes, and team dynamics
- Shadow and assist experienced Production Supervisors
- Champion safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
- Lead special projects that drive operational success
