- Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability

- Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing experience

Pay
Salaried grade 5, 6 or 7
$31,400- $41,100 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.Plus 8% shift premium for 3rd shift
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.
Schedule
3rd Shift Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (Other days and hours as needed)

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for quality, safety, efficiencies, waste, labor cost, ingredient usages, packaging usages, employee training and development, performance and morale, initial discipline and evaluations, cleanliness of the plant and inventories for the assigned area.
