Req#: 284467BR• 5-7 years of experience as a production support engineer (level 3) within the financial sector
• expertise with supporting ongoing day to day operations of large systems and application with geographically distributed user base
• good understanding of web based application development, deployment and hosting with iis server
• proficiency with scripting language like PowerShell, rest Api and batch processing concepts, programming languages like Js, c#, t-SQL & database programming using SQL server.
• good understanding of azure cloud services including IAAS, PAAS and SAAS services and networking concepts, version control tool like GitLab and ci/cd process & incident and problem management process
• good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to break down the problems and identify resolution steps
• hands on experiences in all stages of it projects in complex and demanding environments, broad knowledge of front-to-back banking processes
• ability to partner with other it and business teams in the context of issue resolution. comfortable working in a team with diverse backgrounds and cultures in a distributed team environment.
