- Issue work pack schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer supervision
- Keep update register report of the Production Engineers
- Issue productivity factor
- Daily walkthrough to validate progress
- Issue internal daily report
- Provide statistics by discipline
- PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)
- Provide mentoring/coaching to the new hire personnel
