Support Cue Health’s Quality system processes in compliance with ISO 13485, 21CFR820, applicable regulatory requirements and Cue Health’s Quality Policy
Review LHR Reporting for compliance to GDP, work with Training department to maintain high rate of record accuracy.
Write and update LHR trend reporting
Initiate and collaborate on CAPA/NCMR/Change Order/Deviations
Identify/generate Non-Conformance reports
Provide administrative support within the Manufacturing Department
Assist Production management with special projects or other duties as assigned
Closely follow all procedures, specifications and accurately perform tasks
Assisting with special projects and internal audits, as needed
Assist in revising/reviewing, or authoring SOPs, Work Instructions and other Quality related documents
Assist in performing Line Clearance to ensure manufacturing areas are set-up correctly and free of materials not related to the process
Provide support to monitor and maintain the calibrations and preventive maintenance.
Reviewing Quality Records, including LHR’s and Work Instructions
Additional duties as assigned
Associate degree or minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Bio Tech or medical device industry.
4+ years of general work experience
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks without supervision
Must work well with others across many disciplines (Production Leadership, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, administration, etc.)
1+ years of experience with Excel, or Google Sheets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback
Ability to prioritize workload proactively and expeditiously
Highly motivated multi-tasker
You will work in an indoor office environment for which no adverse conditions are expected. This position requires the following physical activities and/or requirements:
Remaining in a stationary or sedentary position, often standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
Repeating motions, such as keyboarding, that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Communicating with others to exchange information
Adjusting, moving, carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 20 pounds

Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Production Technician to assist the Production team in maintaining document compliance and ensuring correctness during the manufacturing process. This individual will work with the manufacturing training team to facilitate improvements in quality record accuracy.

The estimated base compensation range for this role is shown below. This range is based upon current market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay will be determined in accordance with a candidate's location, skills, expertise, background, experience, and other relevant factors.
