      Experience: 1+ years of work experience at a company with compliance standards.

      Position Overview:

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual to join our production team as a Production Line Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong education in medical, science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an automated environment. As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate printing and labeling of blood analyzer cartridges used in critical care and hospital settings. Attention to detail, the ability to focus while working quickly, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are crucial for success in this role.

      Responsibilities:

      - Operate automated machines on the production line to manufacture blood analyzer cartridges.

      - Pay close attention to minute printing details, ensuring correct droplet shapes and overall quality.

      - Maintain intense focus throughout the production process, identifying and addressing errors immediately.

      - Learn and adhere to automated printing and labeling procedures for regulated products.

      - Take full responsibility for the quality control of each product, ensuring they meet the required standards.

      - Understand the critical nature of blood analyzer cartridges in healthcare settings and help prevent any negative consequences to patients.

      - Document any changes or abnormalities in the production process, including who was notified and the resulting actions taken.

      - Utilize digital documentation systems efficiently after the training period.

      - Stand for extended periods and maintain intense focus throughout the workday, minimizing distractions to catch errors promptly.

      - Collaborate effectively with the team working on the production line, ensuring seamless operations.

      - Adapt comfortably to an automated and computerized production environment.

      - Maintain a clean and organized work area according to company guidelines.

      Qualifications:

      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a compliance-driven organization.

      - Experience in medical, food, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

      - Strong attention to detail and ability to focus while working quickly.

      - Comfortable working on a production line and operating machines.

      - Understanding of quality control protocols.

      - Capable of taking moral responsibility for ensuring all products meet required standards.

      - Excellent documentation skills, including digital proficiency.

      - Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a room temperature range of 23-25 degrees.

      - Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, either from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.
