      WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

      The Production Worker is responsible for packaging and stocking boxes onto a pallet while maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will be positive, willing to work hard and react quickly under pressure.

      • Package and stocks juice boxes on a pallet in an organized manner
      • Perform quality checks on product to ensure proper and accurate labeling
      • Replace the rejection bin as necessary
      • Maintain a clean and safe work environment that is free of debris
      • Openly communicates with co-workers to inform them of any unusual or potentially dangerous
      • Will assist in other areas of the facility as business needs require
      • Responsible for assisting the equipment operators as needs arise
      • Perform other duties as assigned


      WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School/GED or one to two years’ experience in related field or combination of both education and experience

      Additional Required Qualifications:

      • Ability to handle multiple tasks
      • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
      • Ability to work as a team and follow instructions
      • Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job
      • Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times, weekends and required overtime when needed

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience working on a production line in a food/beverage company
      • 1 year of experience in a production environment

      Physical Demands:

      • Environmental exposure to wet and humid conditions
      • Material exposure- moving mechanical parts
      • Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
      • Must be able to lift/push-pull/carry up to 50 lbs.
      • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period
      • Exposure to extreme cold temperatures (34 degrees or below)

      Hours & Workdays:

      Hours: 3rd shift (10:00PM-6:30AM) when business requires overtime and weekends will be mandatory
