  XCAL TOOLS Beckley is seeking to fill entry-level production worker positions at its plant in the Oak Hill, WV area. Primary duties include general production labor activities under the direction of a mentor employee that include product assembly and various machine operation actions that progress to an assembler or machine operator position.

  EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE

  · HS/GED Preferred

  · Manufacturing experience is a plus

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  · Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work overtime as required;

  · Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills;

  · Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals;

  · Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers;

  · Finger and manual dexterity to perform job duties with standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties;

  · Near/far vision and multiple limb coordination;

  · Moderate to heavy Lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.);

  · Team member mentality with ability to follow safety and standard operating procedures with a quality assurance mindset and adherence to proper PPE requirements.
