Job Description

- Client is seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for precision assembly of electronic components in a cleanroom environment.
- Success in this position requires hand/finger dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling
- Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)
- Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework
- Complete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures
- Proficiency in basic math and computer use
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing Soldering to Military or ANSI/J standards
- Familiarity with microelectronic assembly and inspection
- Strong focus on quality and teamwork
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
- High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus)
