Support the administration, configuration, and upkeep of productivity software suites such as Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, LucidChart, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
Assist in strategic planning initiatives and the rollout of enhancements and upgrades to productivity platforms.
Help develop, fine-tune, and document policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure effective use of productivity tools.
Engage with IT and business stakeholders to assist with gathering needs, defining requirements, and executing solutions that boost collaboration and productivity.
Participate in the monitoring of system health and performance, proactively identifying and supporting the resolution of issues.
Help manage user access rights, security groups, and software licensing within the frameworks of organizational policies and agreements.
Support the evaluation and integration of third-party tools that enhance the functionalities of core productivity software.
Be actively involved in project execution, ensuring activities align with wider business objectives under the guidance of senior team members.
Provide support for complex issues associated with the productivity suite as needed.
Particiate in training initiatives and professional development, fostering a culture of learning and technical acumen.
Participate in on-call support rotations for productivity services as required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience in a tech related role or internship, of prior relevant experience.

THE JOB:
The Productivity Engineer Associate is an integral part of the team, providing crucial support in maintaining and improving our productivity tool suite. Under the guidance of the Senior Productivity Engineer, this entry-level role contributes to our organization's efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration through the smart application of technology. The Associate is involved in the management of our suite of products, which includes Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, LucidChart, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. The position offers an opportunity to grow technical skills, learn from senior professionals, and play a supporting role in project execution.
