Purpose of Role:Today’s STEM leaders must master a broad skillset in multiple disciplines. Our program gives early-career engineers specialized technical and business skills in the mining equipment sector. If you want to make a difference in an evolving field - and in the world - through innovation, safety and sustainability, we want to meet you.
As part of this program, interns will commit to working full or part time for approx. 12-24 weeks at our Divisional Headquarters in Portland, OR. Professional development, mentoring, exposure to our business, and impactful work alongside industry experts and customers, will be part of this unique experience—and you will be supported by a group of smart, hard-working people, many of whom started with the company early in their careers.
