- Coordinating the timely delivery and execution of new brand sponsorship events and initiatives
- Create effective outreach email templates
- Providing reporting of key KPIs for all influencer campaigns and reporting on KPIs
- Support in the execution of sponsored marketing programs (briefing teams, compiling assets, fostering approvals, etc)
- Assist in compiling post-campaign reports including feedback and opportunities for improvement.
- Researching to discover new target opportunities and propose how to leverage these partnerships
- Participating in setting audience, placement, and retargeting goals
- Reviewing and identifying improvements for future partnerships spanning media, activations, and product collaborations
- Document, track, and update the status of all samples while in the possession of the Product Marketing Department.
- Create and upload all communication pieces onto the Company intranet.
- Assist with merchandise logistics and line-up related to seasonal campaigns.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a Business, E-Commerce, Fashion, or related Digital program which has a formal internship/co-op requirement.
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Asana
- Adaptable and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to respond to situations quickly
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of the fashion/retail industry is an asset

As the leading high-end men’s wear clothier in Canada, Harry Rosen has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Marketing Intern – Trade Marketing Internship. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our brand sponsorship and trade marketing campaigns. Working within a dynamic, agile environment, this role will work with multi-functional teams to generate new ideas and deliver results to achieve the targets set out.
The successful candidate will have passion and expertise in creating effective outreach email templates and communications/reports to support the strategic goals.
After training takes place, the successful candidate will work independently on a number of tasks and projects with guidance from the Marketing team.
