- Serves as the North American Commercial Organization's Enterprise Clinical Education Lead throughout the Integrated Business Planning process
- Develops Enterprise Clinical Education Strategy for the North American Commercial Organization with a tactical execution plan that includes budget recommendation and management, enterprise KOL (Key Opinion Leader) strategy, cross-business workflow course/curriculum options, digital and live training opportunities
- Main Point of Contact for and Center of Excellence for AGD PACE and Internal KOL/Professional Affairrs Compliance Standards, including Fair Market Value and contracting policies and Standard Operating Procedurers for expense admin
- Identifies education innovation opportunities at Dentsply Sirona through the creation of new types of educational content and delivery systems – sharing new ideas and best practices with various stakeholders across North American Professional Affairs
- Organizes weekly/monthly North American Professional Affairs meetings for cross-pollination opportunities
- Establish common metrics/KPIs for North American professional education for consistency across Regional Business Units
- Identifies and nurtures cross-business KOL engagement ( partners with Business Unit Professional Affairs Managers to evaluate KOLs based on Dentsply Sirona's strategic needs in order to drive the business forward) – builds evaluation criteria and process for KOL cross-business expansion
- Management of top tier Enterprise KOLs for single Point of Contact for needs/engagement and payment (gatekeeping from global and corporate KOL contact and engagement)
- Build and maintain North American KOL Advisory Board, including recurring meeting schedule and topics from RBUs – in accordance to AGD PACE guidelines
- Build KOL database w/ payments, deployment to have overview of opportunities and usage
- Build or maintain central hub for KOL content, presentations, contracts, etc
- Build and implement new KOL onboarding and training curriculum, courses, and content
- Build and implement existing KOL advancement opportunities, including curriculum and content
- Creates judgement criteria for selection methods and recruitment of new KOLs; use globally approved KOL selection and FMV (Fair Market Value) criteria
- Partner w/ CDOCS Account Management and North American Regional Business Units as central education contact to ensure cross-RBU pollination and engagement
- Responsible for strategy and development of on-demand curriculum that supports a procedural and workflow approach and is designed to meet dental professionals’ needs according to their stage in development and their personal learning preferences.
- Responsible for management and training of educational tools internally (including Zoom and Articulate 360)
- Utilize content management systems (LMS, etc) to manage and build content
- Responsible for supporting Omnichannel education strategy through the creation and promotion of engaging content
- Manage content distribution to increase digital academy web traffic
- Develop and oversee review process of all educational content through legal, quality assurance, advisory and planning committees
- SOP w/ corp/global content creation and implementation
- Executes Educational Association/Trade Show Strategy as directed and approved by leadership
- Leads DS World educational strategy and partners with Regional Business Unit Professional Affairs managers to execute strategy (main stage and breakouts)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Be based in the U.S. or Canada
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Prior clinical or continuing experience required
- Excellent teamwork and cross functional collaboration
- Self-motivated/Driver
- Highly strategic

The base salary for this remote role is between $110,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
