      About the Role:
      Join our team at FirstLight HomeCare of Lansing, MI located in Okemos, MI as a Caregiver and embark on a flexible paid training and growth opportunity. We are dedicated to providing top-notch care to our clients and are looking for compassionate individuals to join us in making a difference in the lives of others.


      Responsibilities:
      • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
      • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
      • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
      • Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client's condition to the care team
      • Document care provided and client's condition
      Desired Experience:
      • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
      • Compassionate and patient demeanor
      • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
      • Social Security Card
