- Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client
- Provides individual, group or family therapy as needed
- Provide CPST and minor case management functions if needed
- Completes all paperwork required by the agency within designated time frames
- Licensed Social Worker
- Bachelor’s degree in social work with a valid Ohio LSW
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is preferred.
- LPCC, MFT, LISW, or IMFT is preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Good communication skills with both patients and coworkers
- Outstanding reading, writing and organization skills
- Detail-oriented personality
- Sense of responsibility and compassion
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help determine the cause of unusual allergic reactions

The Challenge (Job Summary)
As a professional counselor, you have the opportunity to live our core values every day by helping our patients in all walks of life, providing high quality care, working with an excellent team, being a trusted resource for our patients and team members, and having an impact in the community through our engagement and volunteer efforts. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems, seek to improve communication, and promote optimal mental health.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Normal office environment. Work is typically performed at a desk or table requiring the use of standard office equipment. Intermittent sitting, standing and stooping. May view computer screen for long periods of time. Work may be stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
