Support the training department with the administration, development, and presentation of all professional development training curricula
Instruct professional development training programs to Flight Operations Department managers, supervisors, and ground instructors
Always maintain an open-door policy to assist in clarifying any information on company policies and procedures
Promote and communicate safety information throughout the organization
Possess appropriate knowledge, experience, training, and demonstrated ability to instruct flight attendants in curriculum segments
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Possess strong organizational and project management skills
Possess strong computer, analytic, and adaptability skills across a range of professional settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility to handle frequent changes in schedules and job functions
Bachelor’s degree
Previous management experience
Previous Human Resources, Management/ Leadership training experience
Previous adult education, teaching, or instructing experience
Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
Standard classroom environment, use of whiteboards, projectors, and other classroom equipment
Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs

To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable leader to join our team as a Professional Development Instructor. The Professional Development Instructor will utilize strong communication skills to assist in the presentation of all training curricula, putting safety and professionalism at the forefront of all instruction. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills across a range of professional settings. This position reports to the Program Manager, Inflight Technology and Training.

Benefit package includes paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network. Medical and dental available.
Starting Rate:
