What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, technology team members, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define objectives
- Manage integration support queue, including triage and prioritization
- Design, develop, and configure integration solutions to connect various systems and applications within the property and asset management ecosystem
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, liaising with internal and external parties as required
- Provide training, technical assistance, and ongoing support to users regarding integration-related matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Integrations Specialist, Integration Engineer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of data integration in a SaaS environment, using Web Services and RESTful APIs
- Experience developing ETL pipelines with APIs and file-based data exchanges
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid technical background in property and asset management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, LeaseEagle)
