  Tetris

  JLL's Tetris business vertical specializes in office design and fit-out services, offering end-to-end solutions for workspace transformation. They work with clients to create innovative, efficient, and inspiring work environments that align with company culture and operational needs. Tetris manages the entire process from initial concept and space planning to final installation, including project management, procurement, and coordination of various trades.

  We are looking for an Interior Designer with a passion for Sustainability that can straddle both the design and sustainability portions of our business.

  What this job involves:

  • Liaise directly with the Sustainability team and manage deliverables
  • Collaborate with fellow Design Desk colleagues for design needs, presentations and content for guidelines etc
  • Create compelling presentations that effectively communicate sustainability research and achievements to clients
  • Create guidelines for client to streamline and communicate their approach towards sustainability and their sustainability goals
  • Manage a team of JBS resources including delegation, guidance and sense checking of their outputs
  • Managing the flow of information and content between the JBS resources and the Sustainability Team
  • Helping to develop templates for various Sustainability initiatives
  • Helping to develop the internal Sustainability Materials Library
  • Create compelling presentations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients

  Desired skills and experience for this:

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
  • Proven experience in corporate design
  • Proficiency in design software and Microsoft programmes including extensive knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
  • Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize innovative solutions
  • Excellent visual communication skills and an eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Openness to learning and embracing new technologies and methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently and as a mentor
