What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, solicit, underwrite, and sell new and renewal Financial Institutions accounts
- Manage assigned portfolio to achieve profitability, retention, and growth goals
- Utilize underwriting tools and strategies to make informed risk decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with agents to enhance business opportunities
- Prepare and analyze information on underwriting decisions and market factors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-7+ years of experience in Financial Institutions with a focus on asset managers
- Proven track record in driving agency relationships for profitable business
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business partners
- Ability to exercise judgment and make sound business decisions

- Experience in managing complex accounts and high technical complexity
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changes and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with market and competitor information to enhance decision-making
