What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and deliver challenging projects in the construction domain from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules while overseeing strategy and execution through to completion
- Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to the establishment of work quality and best practices
- Manage client and vendor relationships to ensure seamless conflict resolution and account maintenance
- Develop winning strategies for project execution while focusing on the client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project or construction management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish relationships at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in project management technology tools
- Proven track record of results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
