Job Description

Leading engagements, often in collaboration with a services partner.
Owning and managing engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.
Driving and establishing the collaborators needed for each engagement.
Understands Tricentis and customer business objectives and aligns the deliverables accordingly.
Strong subject matter expertise across the SDLC and testing
Excellent organizational and relationship-nurturing skills
Attention to detail and timelines, with a focus on keeping this on track and on budget!
Ability to work a hybrid model, working from a Tricentis office location 3/5 days per week.
Willingness to understand / learn Tricentis produc
BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
2+ years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
1+ year in Customer Engagement role
Working knowledge of project management methodology and best practices
Experience leading projects from inception to successful roll-out.
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project and Excel
Demonstrable expertise in effective communication skills, including presentation skills, analytics and reporting, and establishing action items and owners.
Experience learning new tools and systems within a tight timeline.
Ability to travel (up to 50%)
Prior experience with implementing or supporting Tricentis products

What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant, with strong Project Management skills and customer facing experience, to join our Professional Consulting team.
