What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the point person for the Manager of PS Operations on all data points relating to day-to-day operation of PSA
- Ensure data mart, PSA System, and other data sources are correct
- Assist PS Ops team in follow-up on weekly timesheets
- Provide subject matter expertise for operational systems used to support Professional Services
- Project manage departmental projects requiring coordination across revenue teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years experience in operations, professional services, or project management role
- Experience within Professional Services at a SaaS company
- Prior project management experience and understanding of the project lifecycle
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Certinia and Salesforce preferred
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with proficiency in Google Suite or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bias for action and proactive approach to identifying gaps and areas of opportunity
