What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications
- Configure the platform to meet customer needs
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and launch processes
- Provide assistance in client meetings using in-depth knowledge of the platform's capabilities
- Collaborate with client teams to resolve technical issues and inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and retaining clients while leveraging software
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with evidence of technical experience
- Ability to understand and translate between business problems and technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments
- Passion for helping clients and effectively communicating with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to common web technologies, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of integration technologies/protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, SFTP, etc.)
- Familiarity with security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, etc.)
- Degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as engineering, computer science, statistics, or economics
- Experience in industries such as Software, Hospitality, Financial Services, Automotive, B2B, and/or Retail
