- Act as a professional to establish the vision and strategy of JLL services to ensure the client receives exceptional deliverables
- Understand the client’s key business drivers, focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables
- Ensure that the account team is high performing and efficient
- Improve team performance by being a self-starter and presenting new ideas
- Establish strong trusted relationships with the client by attending regular client meetings and conference calls.
- Assume key transaction responsibilities within the America’s for a global client.
- Provide advice on client transactions by evaluating building alternatives and lease options.
- Improve the client transaction management process
- Resolve financial model, transaction, and landlord issues
- Arrange for building tours with the client
- Organize and improve transaction reporting to the client
- Gather and organize stakeholder feedback
- Research companies, landlords, and potential subtenants
- Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data
- Attend market calls, develop fact sheets, gather photos and floor plans
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services
- Review, understand and abstract complex real estate documents as part of the team’s due diligence process.
- Write lease summaries and abstracts.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and processes for the account
- Drive client specific initiative such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices
- Establish consistency in the reporting process
- Coordinate and support the client's procurement, project controls, and real estate development teams. Serve as an escalation point for any lease related issues.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in the commercial real estate transaction/leasing space ( 1-3 years preferred)
- Real estate salesperson or brokerage license preferred
- LEED certification, desired
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology required
- Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative
- Experience financial modeling preferred
- Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting procedures
- Advanced computers skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) required
- Superior negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize to manage time and workload
- Excellent organization skills
- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments

Our Transaction Management Analyst will support transaction management professionals on a client-dedicated account to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role requires someone willing to work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the client. As a n Analyst, you will assist in developing strategies and support models for complex real estate transactions. S/He will support and participate in lease acquisitions and dispositions. You will support creating process maps specific to the client’s organization. You will be responsible for tracking the overall transaction phase on multiple deals simultaneously and to document stakeholder requirements, decisions, and real estate strategies. You will gather real estate market assumptions across the America’s to evaluate client building alternatives qualitatively and quantitatively. You will be asked to create reports, models, presentations, and matrices. Our Transaction Management Analyst will work as part of a team but will be asked to work independently on smaller transactions.

Estimated compensation for this position is:
55,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
