      Overview

      The Program Administrator, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and Distance Learning manages the daily administration, troubleshooting, and general assistance of Endeavor’s EFB iPad and Distance Learning programs.

      Responsibilities

      • Provides day-to-day information technology support and guidance within Flight Operations for the entire Flight Ops technical portfolio of systems and applications.
      • Provides direct support for all issues related to tablet EFB operation and applications.
      • Provides direct support for all issues related to the distance learning platform (LMS).
      • Provides specialized knowledge on the EFB tablet, hardware, software applications and content.
      • Provides troubleshooting and problem resolution for EFB and LMS issues, including: login problems, course completion failures, and tracking.
      • Responsible for the accurate and timely synchronization of all Flight Ops digital content across multiple technical platforms, including: the tablet Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), personal electronic devices and the Flight Ops web portal.
      • Respond to EFB user calls and emails for the purpose of troubleshooting.
      • Collect user feedback and track trends for the purpose of program modification.
      • Administers Mobile Device Management software.
      • Audit regularly to ensure currency of content and applications on users’ devices.
      • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management to ensure communication of non-compliance.
      • Maintains subject matter expertise with respect to Company policies and procedures.
      • Coordinate with management in the development of EFB policies and procedures.

      Qualifications

      • Associate’s degree or a combination of education and related experience.
      • Experience with Apple iPadOS, experience with Jeppesen digital charting software preferred.
      • Experience with AirWatch, mobile device manager, content locker, or similar applications preferred.
      • Experience with courseware development preferred.
      • 2 years of experience in a technical customer service role preferred.
      • 1 year of airline experience preferred.
      • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
      • Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
      • Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
      • PC proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

      Work Environment & Physical Demands

      • Able to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
      • Frequent repetitive motion such as: typing and phone work.
      • Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, electronic equipment, files not in excess of 30 lbs.
