- Coordination of program with Regional Center and DDS
- Coordination of admissions, intake, discharge plans in conjunction with teams
- Oversight, implementation and coordination of consumers' program plans and activities.
- Ensuring consumers receive necessary services and supports according to the ISP and IPP, including medication assistance in accordance with Title 17 and Title 22
- Ensuring overall documentation compliance, including Record of Cash Resources, Record of Personal Property, Medication Record, Emergency Contact Information, Unusual Incident/Injury reports, Physician's Report (LIC 405, LIC 621, LIC 622, LIC 624, LIC 602)
- Updating and maintaining facility program design and operational manual
- Coordination of consultative services for consumers
- Program planning and case management
- Hiring and staffing oversight.
- Personnel actions.
- Budgeting oversight
- Survey compliance and writing and implementing plans of correction
- Compliance with physical site issues in regards to health and safety
- Vendor selection, purchasing
- Vendor management (consultants, etc)
- Direct supervision of direct care staff, including licensed individuals
- Ensuring all staff understand and follow house rules, mandated reporting requirements and consumer rights.
- Completes DDS/ROP DSP trainings and certifications as required, current First Aid, CPR, required orientations, and minimum required continuing education trainings.
- Maintains communication with Executive Director, families, regional center, etc.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Educational Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related human services field,
- LVN, LPT, RN license + 5 years management experience
- Master's degree preferred.
- Must hold valid Adult Residential Administrator Certificate.
- Two years experience working in a residential setting and/or in a managerial capacity for a program serving persons with developmental disabilities and behavior support needs.
- One year in a supervisory or administrative role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and all MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Prompt communication
- Impeccable judgment
- Valid California driver license
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screen, including current TB
- Successful completion of DOJ and FBI background check
- Ability to complete all trainings as required by applicable regulations, including, but not limited to, DSP1 and DSP2.

Elwyn California Residential Programs
Elwyn California provides care for people with Developmental Disabilities and skilled nursing needs via a sophisticated, state of the art, alternative model of care. People live in single family homes, with individual bedrooms and all the typical "home-like" amenities, as opposed to having to live in larger congregate hospital-like settings.
Likewise, our employees enjoy a smaller, more personal and home-like working environment, as well as the opportunity to provide a very high level of quality care based upon the smaller number of residents (typically 4-5 per home) and the high staff to resident ratio.
Elwyn California is currently seeking two Program Administrator - Special Residential Homes to work with our team. This is an exempt level position reporting to the Regional Director. The Program Administrator will have the overall administrative and supervisory responsibility, case management coordination, and oversight for the 24/7 operations of two (2) SRH homes. Responsible for ensuring that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies. "Mandated Reporter" (SOC 341).
Salary Range: $72,500 to $85,000 DOE
