Job Description

- Deep understanding of government DOD acquisition process, funding and project management process
- Experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
- Analytical, able to discern and ascertain data from multiple sources/efforts.
- Building and receiving contract data requirement lists (CDRLs).
- Reviewing invoices and forwarding for approval.
- Reviewing program contract deliverables for accuracy compared to the requirements set forth in the statement of work (SOW), performance work statement (PWS), specification and CDRL documentation.
- Annotating all discrepancies within a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) spreadsheet and provide to the Government.
- Supporting government programs integrated product teams (IPT)
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Must have experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with or knowledge of government contracts and programs is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience is preferred.
- DAWIA Program Management certifications or DAU training certifications
- Exposure/Experience supporting Targets and Range training systems
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
