Job Description

- Interpreting statutes, regulations, and policies; and
- Applying knowledge of program requirements for the purposes of analysis and adjudication.
This position is located in the United States Department of Labor (Department or DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). OFLC provides national leadership and policy guidance to carry out the responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
This position is Inside the bargaining unit.

Qualifications
GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess 52 weeks of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
