- You will be tasked with the overall responsibility for ensuring the successful execution of all aspects of the NAVSEA security cooperation programs.
- You will monitor allocation and execution of Foreign Military Seles (FMS) administrative funds for NAVSEA program offices and Headquarters Directorates.
- You will assist with preparation of the NAVSEA Security Assistance Program and Budget Review (SAPBR) and participate in quarterly review with each of the program offices.
- You will respond to data calls from external stakeholders, such as the Navy International Programs Office and Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
- You will perform analysis and validation of funding obligations for FMS contractual efforts to ensure accuracy.
- You will analyze, interpret and recommend direction to leadership on Defense security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) and other guidance and policies impacting the NAVSEA security cooperation community.
- You will communicate regularly and conducts periodic reviews with NAVSEA program offices regarding planning and execution related to security cooperation account funds.
- You will develop metrics and prepares reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective actions.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and advising on programs related to financial, contractual or manpower for organizational business operations.
