- Facilitate working sessions with workstreams; escalating as needed.
- Develop templates as needed.
- Lead change management and communications plan development and execution.
- Anticipate upcoming milestones and facilitate planning to deliver.
- Prepare updates and communications for senior executives.
- Identify challenges or issues and proactively escalate within the IMO.
- Coordinate with other IMO, technology and operating model resources within transformation to develop the comprehensive transformation roadmap.

Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic IMO Manager to join our team, reporting to the Global IMO Manager within the Transformation organization.
The IMO Manager will play an important role in the successful post-merger integration
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree and 9 or more years of experience in consulting or insurance functions such as Claims or Underwriting.
-High School Diploma or Equivalent and 11 or more years of experience in consulting or insurance functions such as Distribution, Underwriting, or Claims.
-5 or more years of people management experience.
-Experience in post-merger integration or organizational effectiveness.
-Project leadership and management and/or consulting experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience in the application of existing and/or new change management methodologies and tools.
-In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, with subject matter expertise in at least one functional insurance discipline such as Distribution, Underwriting, or Claims.
- Coordinating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
-Designing and proposing solutions to operational challenges.
-Bringing organization and attention to detail in a fluid environment.
