Job Description

Responsibilities
· Outreach to students, members, and partners by communication materials via phone, mail and/or emails
· Create messages and materials for programming (i.e. eblasts, mailings and program documents)
· Contact and follow-up with program partners and participants via phone and email (i.e. NYU Partner, SWIP Partners and current participants)
· Create communication outreach plans for team members; manage calendars, field telephone calls and direct visitors
· Provide administrative support to team with managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations materials and filing
· Create operating efficiencies by updating systems and processes
· Manage partnership and place students at host sites; resolve issues with internal/external program partners and participants
· Collect timesheets and input data from program documents and surveys
· Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
· Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum three (3) years administrative experience required
· Basic skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
· Demonstrated effectiveness meeting deadlines in a role requiring continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials required
· Ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays and evenings required
