What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform sales outreach via calls, texts, and emails to engage prospective Teach Abroad & TEFL participants
- Review and manage applications for Teach Abroad programs
- Communicate with applicants to resolve any missing application components
- Assess medical forms submitted by Teach Abroad participants
- Conduct reminder outreach to ensure participants meet deadlines and complete tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Proactive and engaging sales orientation
- Strong customer service skills, including empathy and patience
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience studying, living, or teaching abroad
- Familiarity with Salesforce
